Already have an item and just need us to engrave on it? Great, because we kinda specialize in that sort of thing. 

HOW TO PROCEED

1. Email for a Quote

 Send us a message to let us know your about your engraving needs with an image/photo of the item and a description of what you would like to have engraved. We will review your inquiry and let you know how much your project will cost and how long we think it will take to complete. 

2. Schedule Drop-Off

We're available Monday through Saturday (closed on Sundays and Wednesdays) so there's always a convenient time to drop off your project and discuss engraving details and proofing procedures. 

3. Get a call when it's ready

When your project is complete, we will contact you to let you know the work has been finished. Most orders take approximately 5 business days. You may schedule a time for pickup at the studio, or we are happy to ship it to you or a gift recipient. Unscheduled contactless pickup is available. 

The engraving studio is located at our private residence and as such, we do insist on no unscheduled/unannounced client visits. Our schedule is extremely flexible, however, and we are happy to meet with you outside of normal business hours, depending on availability. Unscheduled and secure contactless drop-off/pickup is available anytime as our premises and studio are fully monitored. 

We have many clients who routinely utilize our mail-order service since dedicated, professional engravers and sandcarvers can be difficult to locate. 

HOW TO PROCEED

1. Email for a Quote 

Send us a message with a photo or product link and a description of what you would like to have engraved. We will review your inquiry and email you a price quote, and estimated turnaround time. 

2. Ship to the Studio

Mail your item using an insured and traceable method to:

Alternatively, you may have items shipped directly to us from your place of purchase (Amazon, Etsy, Wal-Mart.com, etc.)  Upon receipt we will unpackage and inspect items for any damage which may have occurred in transit.  

3. Production

We will create and email a digital proof for your review before beginning any work on your property. The proof will allow you to see how the engraving will look on your item and allows for any changes or adjustments to the design.  

4. Completion

 When your project is complete, we will contact you to let you know the work has been finished. Most orders take approximately 5 business days. We will make arrangements to securely ship your completed project to you or a gift recipient. Alternatively you may schedule a time for in-person pickup at the studio. Unscheduled contactless pickup is also available.

HOW TO PROCEED

Browse by product type, holiday, special occasion, or general theme. 

All items include engraving and 30 minutes of graphic design in the purchase price.

2. Watch for the design proofs

We email digital design proofs for every order as a complimentary service - please check your spam/junk folders if not received within 24 hours. We will review the proofs with you to ensure the end result captures your vision. We work on graphic design in-house and we are always happy to make suggestions regarding design optimization. 

3. Production

Once we finalize the design and have your written approval via email, production will begin. 

4. Completion

 When your order is complete, we will contact you to let you know the work has been finished. Most orders take approximately 5 business days. We will make arrangements to securely ship your completed project to you, schedule your in-person pickup, or work with a courier service for delivery. Alternatively you may schedule a time for in-person pickup at the studio. Unscheduled contactless pickup is also available.
