MAIL-IN SERVICE

Hectic schedules or logistics can render in-person visits to the studio difficult. We have many out-of-state clients who routinely utilize our mail-order service as dedicated, professional engravers and sandcarvers can be difficult to locate. 

HOW TO PROCEED

Email for a Quote 

If you don't see what you're looking for or if you have a unique item to be engraved, e-mail us about your idea or project with a photo or product link and a description of what you would like to have engraved. We will review your inquiry and email you a price quote, and estimated turnaround time. 

Ship Your Item to the Studio

Mail your item using an insured and traceable method to:

Alternatively, you may have items shipped directly to the studio from your place of purchase (Amazon, Etsy, Wal-Mart.com, etc.)  Upon receipt we will unpackage and inspect items for any damage which may have occurred in transit.  

Production

We will create and email a digital proof for your review before beginning any work on your property. The proof will allow you to see how the engraving will look on your item and allows for any changes or adjustments to the design.  

Completion

 When your project is complete, we will contact you to let you know the work has been finished. Most orders take approximately 5 business days. We will make arrangements to securely ship your completed project to you or a gift recipient. Alternatively you may schedule a time for in-person pickup at the studio. Unscheduled contactless pickup is also available.
