HOW TO PROCEED

Email for a Quote 

Send us an e-mail about your idea or project with a photo or product link and a description of what you would like to have engraved. We will review your inquiry and reply back with a price quote, and estimated turnaround time. 

Schedule Drop-Off

We're available by appointment Monday through Saturday (closed on Sundays and Wednesdays) so there's always a convenient time to drop off your project and discuss engraving details and proofing procedures.

Production

We will create and email a digital proof for your review before beginning any work on your property. The proof will allow you to see how the engraving will look on your item and allows for any changes or adjustments to the design.  

Get a call when it's ready

When your project is complete, we will contact you to let you know the work has been finished. Most orders take approximately 5 business days. You may schedule a time for pickup at the studio, or we are happy to ship it to you or a gift recipient. Unscheduled contactless pickup is available. 

The engraving studio is located at our private residence and as such, we do insist on no unscheduled/unannounced client visits, even during our posted operating hours. Our schedule is extremely flexible, however, and we are happy to meet with you outside of normal business hours, depending on availability. Unscheduled and secure contactless drop-off/pickup is available anytime as our premises and studio are fully monitored.
